We have collectively served whānau, hapū and iwi, for +70 years, in areas that advance Māori collective knowledge and transformation.

We are connected to this mātauranga through marriage and whakapapa (ancestry), and starlore from Carmelle’s malana-tana (Hawaiian) whānau.

Carmelle and Adi (siStars) got inspired to start SIC, over an armful of semi-precious jewels that Carmelle had sourced from markets of Dubai, whilst living in the United Arab Emirates (2009-2011).
